|Dennis Dring (Chairman)
Dennis joined the company in 1959 and was at the helm as Managing Director from 1969 to 1996. He became the Chairman in 1998.
|Philip Taylor (Group Managing Director)
Philip joined the company in 1989 to establish our Hygiene Division. He was appointed to the Board in 1994 and became Group Managing Director in December 2006.
|Richard Taylor (Financial Director)
Richard joined the company in 1968 as Assistant Accountant and became the Financial Accountant in 1973. He was appointed to the Board in 1976 and to his current position in 1977.
|Stephen Leahy (Director)
Stephen joined the company in 1974 and was appointed to the role of IT Manager in 1998 and joined the Board in 2008.
|Gary Benning (General Manager)
Gary joined the company in 2005 as General Manager. Gary has over 10 years experience in the industry ranging from food factories to contract planning and commissioning.
|Ken Robinson (Industrial General Manager)
Ken joined Ideal in 1990 as the Hygiene Operations Manager. He was appointed to his present post in 1994.
|Gavin Ingle (Company Secretary & accountant)
Gavin joined Ideal in 2005 and became Company Secretary in 2008.
Regional Operations Managers
|Jane Walsh (Regional Manager – North)
Jane joined Ideal in 1997 and took charge of our Northern Region in 2001.
|Christopher Dring (Regional Manager – East Midlands)
Part of the 4th generation of Ideal’s founding family Chris started his career as a Cleaning Operative and moved up through Operations to Area Supervisor. He later joined the Sales Team in 2012 before being promoted to Regional Manager early in 2016.
|Stephen Hibberd (Sales Manager)
With over 20 years service industry experience Stephen joined Ideal in early 2007 and now heads up our Sales Department.
