Training
As we have our own Skills for Security qualified Training Manager and Approved Training Centre we are able to provide all the training our staff will need, in house, where and when it is needed, avoiding potential delays caused by external provider availability.

Supervision
We believe that a human, physical link between the central hub of our Company and our people providing the service out on site is essential to ensure well motivated and managed staff and to maintain a consistently high standard of service delivery.

Management
Ultimate responsibility for providing a reliable, consistent and professional service lies with the Management Team. Coordinating all activity, resource planning, training, directing the Area Supervision Team, visiting the security officers and meeting with the customers, Ideal’s experienced Operations Management team is ‘hands on’ and committed to providing a personal, professional and bespoke service.

Quality Systems
Ideal Security Services are accredited to the National Security Inspectorate (NSI) Guarding Gold Scheme and are Security Industry Authority (SIA) Approved Contractors. This is your assurance that we operate in full compliance with SIA Licensing Regulations, the relevant British Standards, BS7499, BS7858 & BS7984 and that our service is underpinned with a Quality Management System that fulfills the requirements of ISO 9001.
